I came in when they were about to close and Jimmy and the team at Acura made the deal go smooth and quick, without making me feel like I was rushed. The hood needed to be repainted which they took case of quickly. Great service and I’m happy with my new TLX!
I am editing my review. My initial experience wasn't an overall pleasant one. HOWEVER, they reached out to rectify the matter and did so promptly. I knew I wanted the car before I walked in the dealership. My previous car was a 2015 Acura RDX. I had searched for quite awhile for the features, price and mileage. Beautiful 2017 Acura RDX I now have! I will mention that out of state buyers will need to include registration taxes in their financing, so keep that in mind. And pay attention to everything in the final paperwork. Thank you Craig for reaching out and making the purchase a happy one. I do love the car!
