I had an exceptional experience at the Russ Darrow Nissan dealership, thanks to Gabriel Dykema and Brandon. They truly went above and beyond to deliver my 2018 Honda Accord, a vehicle that I absolutely love. Jessica from Finance was also amazing to work with, as she was not pushy and offered VIP services. The attention to detail was impressive, with my name displayed as "VIP" during the test drive, which made me feel special. Gabriel's follow-up video showed their commitment to ensuring my satisfaction with the purchase. Overall, a top-notch experience with a fantastic team! This dealership was wonderful. We were in the market for a car, and after an unexpected accident, we ended up in the market for two cars to replace the ones that we had. We worked with a gentleman named Tyler, told him our budget and goal for pricing, and he was amazingly helpful and genuine. We ended up purchasing two vehicles from them, and Tyler was very easygoing and knowledgeable about the cars that he was selling. The whole process took a little while, (as it can, you're buying a car) but they had great snacks, kind staff, and a lot for inventory to look at. Many times car salesmen can feel predatory and try to pressure you into buying things that you don't want or need, but while they did some suggestive sales, I never once felt like this dealership was like that. I didn't feel looked down on or unwelcome, my husband and I felt well heard and actually really enjoyed our time. Overall, I can't recommend them highly enough and really appreciate the work that Tyler (and the other staff there as well!) put in to make our experience as good as it was. Thank you guys so much!
