I was hesitant to switch to a new dealership but decided to check Bob Johnson due to excellent lease deals i heard about. Mark Intini gave us the" old fashioned " customer service with his knowledge and straight shooting. Never did we feel pressured or rushed. Kept me updated and did everything in her power to help me during a stressful situation. Can't thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism.
