My experience at Kelly Nissan was pure satisfaction from beginning to end. From the first phone call I received inquiring about my interest in potentially purchasing a vehicle to driving off the lot has been nothing short of amazing!. Speaking with Eric and Raven over the phone initiated my interest to come in. Once there, I was greeted by Trevor at the front desk (very nice guy), once I told him my name he was already aware that I was coming in and directed to me to Raven. She was honest with me and answered all my questions over the phone so I knew what to expect before coming in. Usually shopping for a car is scary and you're not sure if you can trust the people at the dealership but Eric, Raven, Juan, and Rick were the complete opposite. The salesperson I worked with, Juan, was an absolute delight. His attitude with me was awesome & he's pretty funny too. He helped me pick out the perfect car for me and my budget. The process wasn't long at all and I drove away with a 2024 Nissan Kicks SV! Juan educated me on the functions of my SUV and answered all my questions. I felt appreciated and valued at Kelly Nissan. While signing my paperwork with Rick the finance manager, he thoroughly explained what I was signing and all the benefits of having a Nissan from that dealership. The staff at Kelly Nissan are great people! They just got a customer for life!
