I recently purchased the 2024 Hyundai Sante Fe from Southern States in March and was very pleased with their customer service. I really love my new vehicle with all the latest features and technology. What I like the most is that they do what they say their going to do!

Ricky was absolutely amazing. He was consistent with updating me on incoming inventory and was able to get me the exact vehicle I wanted quicker than any other dealership I'd visited. He was very personable and very honest (I'd already done my research so I was able to put him to the test). Tony, the finance manager was great as well. I told him where I wanted to be and he worked with me. Although I experienced a bit of an inconvenience with the Parts Dept, Tony and Ricky both made it right on their behalf.

I have never reviewed a car dealership before, but the outstanding experience I had today at Southern States Hyundai merits a round of applause and a steak dinner! He not only made the test drive fun, he also tirelessly worked and reworked numbers to ensure I could secure the car I needed efficiently and with a sense of confidence.
