Thank you Forts for working with her on this! Will update again once all taken care of**** My widowed step mom bought a car recently and within the 1st week after she got it the radio quit working. She immediately took it in, they told her take it to Ford, and that it's not under warranty. Ford is telling her that they should cover 30 days and Toyota is saying 15 days, but won't fix it. They then offered her 500 bucks for a 1200 fix, then when she went there and reneged the offer of the 500 and say to a customer (a widow on social security) "well I have a wife and kids to feed". Completely unprofessional and disgusting, I hope a 1200 fix is worth treating customer like that! Yes, you offered partial and then withdrew that offer. And regardless... who talks to a customer like that? Like trying to up the hardship?
