I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships in the past. Well I must say, we had an AMAZING experience with BMW of Ocala! It started with Taylor, who was dedicated to making sure all of our questions were answered promptly. Thank you Taylor! Once arriving, Gus Perdomo made sure we felt welcome and at ease. He was not only polite and professional, but also incredibly knowledgeable in both the process and the vehicle we had chosen. Most importantly, he was honest and transparent and made sure our family felt good about the purchase. I’ve never had such a positive experience from a sale representative before. Thank you Gus! Once ready, we finalized the paperwork with John Wheeler. John was patient, respectful, and probably the most down-to-Earth person I’ve ever met. Cesar Estrada my sales rep was exceptional, very hands on, communication was 10/10 keeping me involved during the entire process, especially being an Out of state buyer in NJ. The distance was never an issue! He sent me multiple videos of the car, doing detailed walk throughs explaining features, etc. Christina on the finance side was very helpful as well. Informative during the entire process I would absolutely recommend and do business with them again, very professional from front desk, to sales, to finance Cesar is a rockstar!

Awesome experience without the usual car buying experience…no games or unnecessary back and forth. Gave them my bottom line, closed the deal and drove away in less than 2 hours. Professional and competent negotiation with reasonable dealer fees compared to industry standards.
