He was not only polite and professional, but also incredibly knowledgeable in both the process and the vehicle we had chosen. Once ready, we finalized the paperwork with John Wheeler. John was patient, respectful, and probably the most down-to-Earth person I’ve ever met. Cesar Estrada my sales rep was exceptional, very hands on, communication was 10/10 keeping me involved during the entire process, especially being an Out of state buyer in NJ. The distance was never an issue! He sent me multiple videos of the car, doing detailed walk throughs explaining features, etc. Christina on the finance side was very helpful as well. Informative during the entire process I would absolutely recommend and do business with them again, very professional from front desk, to sales, to finance Cesar is a rockstar!

Awesome experience without the usual car buying experience…no games or unnecessary back and forth. Gave them my bottom line, closed the deal and drove away in less than 2 hours. Professional and competent negotiation with reasonable dealer fees compared to industry standards. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish! This was my first time visiting this location as I’m new to Ocala. I took my car in for its scheduled oil change and a few other services and was immediately greeted when I pulled up. The intake associate then led me to Nick W. who was awesome! He was kind, friendly, very personable, and we shared several jokes and laughs. We went over my services and because I was unable to stay while they completed them, he set up a ride to get me home. I was then greeted by the wonderful Teresa who drove me home and picked me back up when service was complete. Teresa was just as kind and treated me like an old friend, even though we had just met! I was sent a video of the services done and recommendations on other items I need to get done. Nick and I went over those recommendations and he did not try to upsell services that I didn’t need and ONLY the ones needed. So refreshing! I had such a positive experience and will definitely recommend this location to others. I was even given a little gift that was sitting in my passenger seat! Thank you Nick and Teresa!!
