My service advisor Edgar went above and beyond when my car was in for service. From taking care of the recall work, to dealing with the warranty company, he did it all. This was the first time dealing with BMW of reading and I will definitely take my car there again. In fact I’m dropping my X5 off today for preventative maintenance.
