Tyler Delacy was exceptional! Deal closed in 15 mins, paperwork at his desk took another 5 minutes and out with a new X3! Showroom was spotless and the front desk treats you with care. They let Tyler know we arrived and within minutes he had us hot coffee and wet ink on the paper! He literally got me the exact spec for two separate deals, always professional and never pushy. I’m already looking forward to working with him again.

I just had the best service at Freeport BMW. I don’t hand out compliments, but I must give credit with credit is due- each and every single one of the workers have exceeded my expectations. Tee help me to download the train map which is not in her job description, Mike shared everything I needed in a very timely fashion, and even though he was not present today he handed my case off very warmly to Chris who continued to keep me updated. Addie was kind and greeted me with warmth and the cashier (I think her name is Cathy) did the very same! I had a small issue that was unrelated to why I came to the dealership in the first place and Manager Jason handled it like the pro that he is. Emmanuel!! He is the reason why I’m writing this in the first place. Emmanuel treated me like I was a queen from dropping me off to the train station to greeting me when I returned to making sure everything was right to getting my car cleaned to helping me navigate where I needed to go and where I needed to be. Because of him, I felt obligated to write this review. Thank you for treating every customer (even the customers like me with an older model car) like the most valuable customer. You have raised the bar for every other service center nationwide. They now have to step up to the Freeport BMW standard.

Jonathan Gardiner was nothing short of AMAZING! I am a very picky person when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. He was so patient with me during my car search and found the perfect fit. I recently had a 3 series but he got me into an X series with just 11,000 miles for a price that is unheard of! The truck drives so smooth and looks gorgeous! I am in love with my purchase and am so happy Jonathan was the sales rep that I transacted with! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I am so grateful for that. I will definitely use him in the future.
