Since we bough our BMW, the service has been phenomenal at all levels. We always received amazing services from everyone at the dealership, but Jason, from sells, and David, from service, have been specially amazing people to work with. David, the dealership’s employee we work with the most, not only is extremely professional but also very helpful, always going the extra mile to make is having the best service possible. We had nothing but amazing things to say about BMW of Hawaii and their wonderful team.

I recently had my car towed to the dealership for an emergency maintenance and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Not only was the team punctual and proactive, but they also offered a shuttle service to get me to my destination while my car was being serviced. When the repairs were completed, they sent me a video explaining what had been done, which I found incredibly helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend this dealership for their exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Outstanding! Kudos to David, my service adviser, and Erin, the shuttle service driver!

The BMW dealership in Kona, Hawaii is one of the most beautiful dealership buildings we’ve ever been in. Jon, our sales expert, was extremely helpful, thorough, professional, and always available through text or phone for questions. He made sure that his finance director, Sean, was available to us when we picked up the car, saving us a huge amount of wait time. Also, sitting inside the car for the first time with Jon, reviewing all the things our new model car can do was fascinating, educational, and fun! Thank you, Jon and Sean for everything!
