Awesome service from Louie Hatzis the service manager. Louie made sure my vehicle was taken care promptly and updated me on the entire process also treated me with respect made me feel like family. I live 30 miles away but after receiving amazing service I will make this my preferred dealership. Any maintenance I need done I will come by just to get my vehicle serviced by Louie and the amazing service, sales team. I also will be recommending my family and friends to come here to buy vehicles, please keep up the great work! The dealership has a lot of great amenities to suit each customers needs comfortable seating , and snacks , coffee, water , juice and etc. Overall staff was very polite and they all work well together despite any issue that may arise. I value their ability to solve problems quickly and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
I have been car shopping for about a year now and the service and welcoming attitude that I received here was unmatched! Christian Loving was one of the most welcoming employees that this dealership has! I never felt pressured into anything and he let me know not to make decisions that I wasn’t comfortable making! If you go here I would 1000% recommend asking for Christian! Christian made my car purchasing experience feel amazing! Sometimes dealerships, get a bad wrap, but this Dealership really gave my wife and I a fantastic experience. I found ahead and was able to speak directly with a sales manager, his name was Jay, and he personally confirmed that the vehicle was available and had it ready for me when I arrived. My salesperson Muhammad was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he got us into the finance office in record time. Lastly Pearl our finance person gave us a great deal on a bumper to bumper vehicle warranty that protects us for 10 years! Really a fantastic experience all around. Can’t say enough nice things about the dealership and its staff.
