Awesome service from Louie Hatzis the service manager. Louie made sure my vehicle was taken care promptly and updated me on the entire process also treated me with respect made me feel like family. I live 30 miles away but after receiving amazing service I will make this my preferred dealership. Any maintenance I need done I will come by just to get my vehicle serviced by Louie and the amazing service, sales team. I also will be recommending my family and friends to come here to buy vehicles, please keep up the great work!

The dealership has a lot of great amenities to suit each customers needs comfortable seating , and snacks , coffee, water , juice and etc. Overall staff was very polite and they all work well together despite any issue that may arise. I value their ability to solve problems quickly and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Christian Loving was one of the most welcoming employees that this dealership has! I never felt pressured into anything and he let me know not to make decisions that I wasn’t comfortable making! Sometimes dealerships, get a bad wrap, but this Dealership really gave my wife and I a fantastic experience. I found ahead and was able to speak directly with a sales manager, his name was Jay, and he personally confirmed that the vehicle was available and had it ready for me when I arrived. My salesperson Muhammad was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he got us into the finance office in record time. Lastly Pearl our finance person gave us a great deal on a bumper to bumper vehicle warranty that protects us for 10 years! Really a fantastic experience all around. Can’t say enough nice things about the dealership and its staff.

Upon my arrival. We were greated by Danni(Danny) the sales rep. He assisted me in understanding the specific vehicles that I was interested in. He took his time assisted me and showed me all the great features that are ???? awesome! Then Pearl was very efficient in her verbiage regarding signatures, she was awesome. They are both were amazing. They both need raises!

I cannot recommend International Kia enough, it was a great experience from start to finish. I was in the market for a new car and contacted a dozen or so local dealerships and none of them were as helpful as this one. Every person I had contact with - Kristyn, Karlos, Pearl and especially the Sales Manager, John, were as professional, courteous and above all helpful as I could have ever hoped and more than I would have ever expected.

My contact with them was almost all online because of how I was shopping around for the right car and deal and they never hassled me about needing to come in to get details or pushed for things I didn't want. They were honest, fair and helped me get the exact make, model and trim that my wife and I were looking for. The actual purchase was seamless . They went over everything I needed to know about the car, the numbers were exactly as we agreed online (no bait and switch!) and while they explained some more options available to me, at no point did I ever feel like they were trying to strong arm me or trick me.
