We knew what car we wanted. I did my research before going in. C3 didn't have what I wanted so I almost settled. I shopped around to other dealers and was promised this and that when they also didn't have my vehicle. I even gave Dana a hard time about finding the car I wanted. Dana and Lamont were my salesmen and told me they'd get what I wanted. We had a deadline as my husband travels and wouldn't be back for a while. Lamont called and texted and Dana was emailing back and forth. I had my Kia Sorento to trade in and they offered me more for my trade than any other dealer would and some were quite low. I got my 2025 Kia Telluride SX Prestige X-Line delivered to me after they drove 150 miles to pick it up and bring back to me. If you're not happy just speak up. These guys will help you out. Don't settle. This was our third car purchased here at Century3. I would definitely come see them again. Ask for Lamont or Dana.
Amazing purchasing experience. They were completely transparent about the pricing, as well as, being extremely easy to work with. They even went to another dealership to make sure that I was a ble to get the car in the color I wanted. 10 put of 10 would recommend to anyone looking into a great KIA vehicle.
