We knew what car we wanted. I did my research before going in. C3 didn't have what I wanted so I almost settled. I shopped around to other dealers and was promised this and that when they also didn't have my vehicle. I even gave Dana a hard time about finding the car I wanted.
Dana and Lamont were my salesmen and told me they'd get what I wanted. We had a deadline as my husband travels and wouldn't be back for a while.
Lamont called and texted and Dana was emailing back and forth.
I had my Kia Sorento to trade in and they offered me more for my trade than any other dealer would and some were quite low.
I got my 2025 Kia Telluride SX Prestige X-Line delivered to me after they drove 150 miles to pick it up and bring back to me.
If you're not happy just speak up. These guys will help you out. Don't settle.

We had been in the market for a new car for quite a while and recently got serious about buying. After visiting a few dealerships, we were getting pretty frustrated with the typical runaround. For example, we stopped at a Mitsubishi dealership where the salesperson claimed they could meet our needs and budget. But when the paperwork came back, the numbers were way off, including an outrageous 11.69% interest rate. I have good credit and was putting a significant amount down. There’s no reason a brand new car should come with an interest rate that high.

Ironically, that dealership had us test drive a Kia, which we loved, but the pricing and experience weren’t right. So we decided to go directly to Century Three Kia and we’re so glad we did.

We fell in love with the 2025 Kia K4 right away. Our salesman, Mohammed, was absolutely wonderful (all of the staff there was even down to the cleaning lady who talked with us and shared in our excitement). He worked incredibly hard to get us a deal that fit comfortably within our budget, and our final interest rate was just a bit over 4%, a massive difference from what the other dealership tried to offer us.

Not only did they stay past closing time to ensure we could drive away that day in our new car (which we were so thankful for), but the entire experience was stress-free and transparent. The warranty is amazing, and even with the added extended warranty and gap insurance, our monthly payments are still well within our budget.
