I had Sam help me and she was beyond amazing! This was my first time purchasing a car and I was pretty nervous. I had called to test drive a car at the top of budget with over 100,000 miles. The car ended up being sold but Sam heard me out for what I was looking for and found me an amazing (way better than the one I was calling about originally) car within a day! This car was 15,000 miles and is a much better fit for what I wanted. Beyond that, she was just so compassionate and understanding about the fact that I had no clue what I was doing. She helped me every step of the way and I am so grateful that she helped me out. She even put a big bow on the car when I went to pick it up!
