I had Sam help me and she was beyond amazing! This was my first time purchasing a car and I was pretty nervous. I had called to test drive a car at the top of budget with over 100,000 miles. The car ended up being sold but Sam heard me out for what I was looking for and found me an amazing (way better than the one I was calling about originally) car within a day! This car was 15,000 miles and is a much better fit for what I wanted. Beyond that, she was just so compassionate and understanding about the fact that I had no clue what I was doing. She helped me every step of the way and I am so grateful that she helped me out. She even put a big bow on the car when I went to pick it up!

Tyler spent considerable time answering our questions this afternoon. We have had our Kia EV9Wind for a couple of weeks and love  the car which Tyler sold to us. Since the car is loaded with new technology Tyler has  been excellent helping us learn about this car. He is extraordinarily patient, great at explaining things (and reexplaining—we are old). We were slow understanding regenerative braking  and he has helped us understand that as well even though it was a bit of a learning curve for us. Now we love it.  We couldn’t be more satisfied with this dealership, the car, and with Tyler. He is great!
