The staff was very nice. Hector was very nice helping us out with different options. Our negotiation was not stressing at all. For once i did not feel trapped or manipulated. There was a space for kids to watch cartoons. Our two girls were troopers during the 4h we stayed there. You can also get a nice beverage from the machine.
