I leased my first Mazda in 2017 at this location and have been driving a Mazda since. The outstanding customer service is half of reason I stick with Mazda! Jake, who I see almost every time I go, is fantastic and goes above and beyond for me. The other staff members are extremely friendly and always willing to help as well. They are honest and never try to sell me things I don’t need. I can always get an appointment in a short time and they do a very good job of servicing my vehicle quickly! Highly recommend this mazda location and Mazda in general!

Awesome buying experience from Mazda Thousand Oaks! They had this awesome online experience that allowed me to chat with an actual sales person at the dealership!
