We are not even in this area, we’re from the Quad Cities (2 hours away), we came all the way because our local VW dealer wasn’t helpful at all. They didn’t seem to care to even attempt to make a deal or help us out. I came across a used car I wanted that was at this dealership, & when I called I was connected with Dan, & from the start he was super helpful. I told him what we needed/wanted, & he & the sales management made it happen. Not only did they do that, they actually got us into a brand new car instead for the same payment we were needing. Dan was super nice, helpful, reassuring, knowledgeable & was eager to make a deal with us. His 20+ years in this business shows. Even after we purchased the car, it was only hours later that I was feeling regret. But a quick phone call with him about something I didn’t like turned into him teaching me how to use a feature I thought was going to result in a return of the car. He stopped whatever he was doing to help me out & it was awesome! Customer service is so great at this dealership, we are super happy & would gladly drive the 2 hours there again in the future.
