My daughter & I visited 8 dealerships in our local area looking for a preowned vehicle for her, but striking out. We happened upon what we thought was the perfect SUV on CarGurus, but it was over 2 hours away in Illinois. We took a chance and drove down. We ended up buying an SUV that Chase Fisher, the salesman who greeted us, recommended. Chase was professional, polite, and efficient, but not at all pushy. He also didn’t rush us, or try to upsell us on a pricier vehicle. He even called the following day to say that he’d found the 2nd key to the car and would mail it to us. We got a fair price on the car, and also thank Victor, the finance manager, who walked my daughter thoroughly through her 1st car purchase. I just got a new Mazda CX-90 and am thrilled about it. Frankly, my neighbor saw my Mazda loaner as the color combination I wanted was not readily available and said that she did not expect me to buy a Mazda. I did not have a great perception of Mazda until I checked it out. It is great value for the price point. I looked at many of the recognized brands but found Mazda to be very superior. If you are in the market for a new car just take the time to check out Mazda’s. You will be pleasantly surprised like me. Chase and Victor at Napleton’s Palatine Mazda were super nice.
