2026 Mazda CX-70 PHEV SC Plus AWD

I’m not sure why I failed to write a detailed review for this the first time. If you want excellent service and Phenomenal customer satisfaction this is the place. It’s always a pleasant experience here they always fit you in, they are accommodating and very professional. They work hard and I’m not sure if it’s the GM or the finance manger but they don’t try to swindle you for every cent they can get out of you. I had my current fiancé who was a finance guy, now GM for Ford look at my purchase lease and he was shocked to see there was no grocery list of hidden dealer fees, and for that I will be back to purchase my next new vehicle and recommend anyone I know to buy here. I came in one day to get an oil change and ended up upgrading my car with a low interest rate. I would highly recommend coming here if you don’t want to be taken advantage of you’ll have a dealer you can trust that offers quality service. I love my car, Keep up the great work guys!

Keith was excellent to work with at Russ Darrow Mazda. He provided a good customer service experience and was helpful during the sales process. He also hooked me up with some extra items with my purchase of a certified used Mazda3. He included a key fob, all season floor mats and replaced a tire at no charge. He definitely looked out for the consumer during the purchase. I was not too pleased with the effort that went into detailing the vehicle. The black wheels were extremely filthy with brake dust and weren't given any attention after the car wash. There were crumbs in the center console and around the gear selector. The red leather seats were not cleaned as there were visible spilled liquid marks on them and an unknown yellow substance caked into the pores in the rear seat. Lots of debris under the front passenger seats as well. Also the service department didn't seem to quality check their work on the backend of the tire replacement as the TPMS system immediately failed upon taking delivery of the vehicle. Requiring a return to the dealership the same week. I would purchase from here again. I just wish their cleaning process was more diligent and work was double checked.
