2026 Mazda CX-5 S Select Auto AWD

They were able to get my car in for a repair same day and had a loaner ready for me. I Appreciated their flexibility. Woodhouse mazda employees are kind at this location, and they did not pressure me to buy a car the way other locations do.

I was in a pinch to get a new vehicle when my Kia was stolen in May. I had looked there previously in 2021 and should’ve gotten a Mazda then to avoid the nightmare of dealing with a stolen vehicle. Luckily, I was able to work with the previous salesman, RJ. I am torn on giving 4 to 5 stars. There were a couple negatives but the overall customer service was great. I leased a vehicle and fell in love with the interior on the CX-5. I still need to go in and find out where my alarm is. Ask for RJ. Oh and the managers were great!

Worked with Tommie Graff today on buying a new Mazda CX5. We went in today to just test drive the SUV and ended up buying. Tommie knew we were just looking and answered all questions. NO pressure. All staff took very good care of us. Easy to work with. This is our sixth Mazda and all have been purchased at Woodhouse.
