They were able to get my car in for a repair same day and had a loaner ready for me. I Appreciated their flexibility. Woodhouse mazda employees are kind at this location, and they did not pressure me to buy a car the way other locations do.

I was in a pinch to get a new vehicle when my Kia was stolen in May.
I had looked there previously in 2021 and should’ve gotten a Mazda then to avoid the nightmare of dealing with a stolen vehicle.
Luckily, I was able to work with the previous salesman, RJ.
I am torn on giving 4 to 5 stars.
There were a couple negatives but the overall customer service was great.
I leased a vehicle and fell in love with the interior on the CX-5.
I still need to go in and find out where my alarm is.
Ask for RJ. Oh and the managers were great!
