I greatly appreciated that because I was at a different dealership a few days earlier where they played games with pricing and fees. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and others. I had done my online homework and knew that the used vehicle was priced right even though it was above my personal limit. He and his manager Marcus actually worked to price it where I could afford it. Marcus professionalism reinforced the culture of the dealership which is one of connection with service and without pressure to make the sale. Even though the car was now in my reach I needed a certified vehicle because my wife is disabled. This one wasn’t. Marcus search their inventory and found another certified used vehicle that was one year younger with less mileage and just as many features for a little less. This experience was so positive and completely opposite what I experienced elsewhere. I am very satisfied with my car and my prayers were answered. Buyers will have peace of mind and satisfaction with this dealership and their personnel.
