2026 Mazda CX-5 S Preferred Auto AWD

We just completed a of a CX-90 at Kempthorn. It was the easiest and most pleasant car purchasing experience of my life ( and I am not a young man ;) ) We used the Costco Auto program. Kempthorn is the Costco representative for the northeast Ohio region so we drove down from Cleveland to Canton. Before we had arrived a couple of conversations and a half a dozen had clarified all the details. everything gets completed on the front end. We arrived with the car ready to go in the showroom. With paperwork completed, we drove out 90 minutes later. Both Shaun and Donnie Were very friendly. Everything went wonderfully well. Would 100% recommend!

What a fantastic experience!! With the initial step onto the lot we were greeted and felt listened to an did not feel like the next piece of meat. Follow up with emails to answer any questions did not feel smothering but helpful. Jay and Ruth were simply a pleasure to work with. Fully explaining all the features of multiple cars and the pros and cons of each. Kempthorn dealership is a Canton landmark. Jay and Ruth were definitely above expectation and made the buying experience easy and enjoyable.

Bob at Kempthorn was absolutely amazing. He made the process quick and easy. He also took me for a tour of the facilities, a tour of my new vehicle, and guided me through the process of buying a new car with ease.
