I recently purchased a 4-runner from Pappas Toyota, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The sales team was knowledgeable, guiding me through various options without any pressure. The finance department made the purchasing process smooth, offering clear explanations and great financing options. The vehicle itself is fantastic. Pappas Toyota made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I recently purchased a RAV4 from Pappas Toyota, and I had an incredible experience! When I first came to check out the RAV4, I informed Isabel that I was there to just look and test drive. She showed me the car and all of its features and answered any questions that I had. I did not feel pressured like how I was at other dealerships. I returned a week later to officially order my car, and Isabel was thorough when going through everything with me. I will recommend Pappas Toyota and Isabel to anyone I know that is looking for a car!

My very first business dealing with Pappas Toyota wasn't great but sometimes you learn more about a business when things go sideways. Three days after purchasing a beautiful 2022 Toyota Tacoma (Limited) at Pappas Toyota, my husband and I felt that we'd made a mistake. There were facets of the vehicle that we just didn't like and its performance was not satisfactory, and we felt trapped. After a couple sleepless nights, I reached out to the sales manager and he said, "Rosemary, you should have called me immediately. We're going to make this right. You're not stuck. That's not how we do business." They offered to buy back the vehicle for the price we'd paid which shocked me. The manager reassured me repeatedly that he would do everything reasonable to make this work. Ultimately, we went in another direction but I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from Pappas Toyota. As I said, sometimes you learn a lot more about a company when things don't work out the way you planned.
