My very first business dealing with Pappas Toyota wasn't great but sometimes you learn more about a business when things go sideways.

Three days after purchasing a beautiful 2022 Toyota Tacoma (Limited) at Pappas Toyota, my husband and I felt that we'd made a mistake. There were facets of the vehicle that we just didn't like and its performance was not satisfactory, and we felt trapped.

After a couple sleepless nights, I reached out to the sales manager and he said, "Rosemary, you should have called me immediately. We're going to make this right. You're not stuck. That's not how we do business."

They offered to buy back the vehicle for the price we'd paid which shocked me. The manager reassured me repeatedly that he would do everything reasonable to make this work.

Ultimately, we went in another direction but I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from Pappas Toyota. As I said, sometimes you learn a lot more about a company when things don't work out the way you planned.

This is now my second car I’ve gotten from here, and it’s always been a great process. All of the staff who are working are always so friendly and polite. I do all of my maintenance here as well, and even that is a positive experience.

This time around I worked closely with Steve and Brett. I came in wanting a specific model, which was on hold already for someone else. They worked together to order me the same exact model with everything I wanted. It was a really cool experience and I was so happy they were able to do that for me. Steve kept me updated on the progress on the build and a month later Steve called to let me know my car was being delivered! When I came in to finish the paperwork with Brett, Steve made sure the car was ready to go and had it pulled out front for me. Steve walked me through all the cool features and was just as happy as I was!

It was an amazing experience! Steve and Brett were wonderful to work with, professional, and just amazing. They were able to get me in my dream car and just make it all a great experience.

I highly recommend Pappa’s and will only do business here.
