My daughter moved to Madison from Finland to attend UW-Madison and we decided to buy a car for her "virtually" without visiting the location in person before picking it up. Logan was a fantastic reliable sales person who took care of the entire process seamlessly and even shoot a personalized video of the actual car they had in the lot for us to review before making the decision. Everyone is very friendly. My sales person Zane saw me waiting and offered me a loaner car due to the time I was waiting, which I thought was very nice! I don't think the financial person that helped when I got my car was very friendly but everyone else has been very nice!
