Made an appointment for canister recall. I called the week before to confirm the part was in stock and was told yes. The service department proactively called me back before the appointment to explain a mix up in inventory and the need to reschedule. They were very apologetic and I really appreciated the call to let me know. The got me rescheduled and next appointment went off without a hitch. My SA Tyler was very professional and helpful.
