2026 Genesis GV80 2.5T Select AWD

This is the third Genesis I have owned - and I will only buy them from Genesis of Cool Springs! The customer experience and sales knowledge is excellent. Made an appointment for canister recall. I called the week before to confirm the part was in stock and was told yes. The service department proactively called me back before the appointment to explain a mix up in inventory and the need to reschedule. They were very apologetic and I really appreciated the call to let me know. The got me rescheduled and next appointment went off without a hitch. My SA Tyler was very professional and helpful. What a fantastic car buying experience. The Team at Genesis of Cool Springs was first class. Sandy, Craig and Brandon truly know the definition of Customer Service.
