2026 Kia Niro LX HEV

My K5 was rear-ended January 27th and we had the car towed to Matt Castrucci Kia body shop for repairs. From day one Sondra did a fantastic job explaining the process and potential delays due to parts needing to be ordered and received. I stopped by to check on my car a couple of times and everyone was friendly and answered my questions with a smile. The day my car went back for paint Sondra reached out to let me know. The afternoon my vehicle was completed she even stayed late to give me time to get there to get paperwork signed and grab the keys before she went home for the evening. (I returned after hours to pick up my car) Thanks for doing a great job on my car and taking good care of us during the process. Very happy with my Kia K5 purchase and equally as happy with how we've been treated at the Kia body shop.

I had a very good experience. From beginning to end, Conner was very knowledgeable and was a lot of help. Omar made everything easy as we signed all of our paperwork. And they went out of their way to get me the exact car that I wanted. So I'm very thankful and happy with my experience.

Matt Castrucci Kia was a good place to shop for a car. ???? The sales team was friendly and helpful, assisting in finding the right car without any pressure. The prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a decent experience. Worth considering if you're car shopping in the area.
