Overall a fantastic experience for our 1st Kia which I never thought we would buy.
Best and easiest way to buy a car. Funny story.... We were at Drive time in Madison, right next door to Kia. We were outside talking about the car we were buying from Drive time, when Dennis the manager of Kia, shouts over and says we should buy a car from him instead. I said, you can't steal me as a customer, and he was like, oh yes I can. Dennis said he could approve us, 100%. He was so adamant about it and so fun and engaging. Well, turns out the approval we got online from Drive time was not real. They said we could get a car for 800 down and 475 a month. When we got there with the same criteria, they wanted 3,800 down. Not to mention, transferred us to 4 different salesman.Needless to say, we left upset for their dishonesty. We were sitting in the car and I told my son, let's just go over to Kia and see what happens. When we walked in, first thing Dennis said,It took you long enough . So true to his word, he brought us Frederick, our salesman,he got my son into a 2024 Kia forte for 800 down. I was talking to Dennis about my likes for luxury cars and he said you see that car right there, pointing to the one in the showroom. He said he could get me in that car. I said he couldn't because I just bought a 2023 1 month ago. He said he could. In the end, he got me into a 2024 Kia Sportage, a brand new car for a little less than what the 2023 was gonna cost me and THE KICKER.... NO MONEY DOWN. So we went there for 1 car and left with 2. Why? Because Dennis is a man of his word. Fredrick is a great salesman, and keeps you company and informed during the whole process. I will send them more customers and be happy doing it. They have beautiful and reliable vehicles. They can be trusted. While we were there, every single salesman had a customer, that should tell you how great their customer service is. Plus a big bonus..... THEY WASH THE CAR AND GIVE YOU A FULL TANK OF GAS FOR FREE!!!! DENNIS IS GREAT, (MANAGER) FREDERICK IS GREAT, (SALESMAN), TIMOTHY IS GREAT, ( FINANCIAL MANAGER). Car buying is stressful and it's hard to find a dealership to trust. I had fun shopping for cars and the whole process was pleasant and enjoyable. I can't say enough about Dennis, he is the man when it comes to selling you a car. If he says it, he will do it. Go by there if your car or truck shopping and drive home in a new vehicle.
