Exceptionally pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff at JLR Akron! From the moment I found the vehicle I was looking for from out of state, to making arrangements to fly in and pick it up, and eventually arriving to a well-prepared process and an expedited purchase…my socks were blown off. I’d like so single out Julia for her immeasurable patience with me during online and over the phone setting up my trip and purchase…she’s a helluva sales person! Also, Alexa knows her way inside and out, of every car on the lot! With her help (and also patience!) she had me in the car and set up in no time. I had a great experience shopping for and buying a new Jaguar from JLR Akron. The people are professional, friendly but not overly, and knowledgeable. Emily was an amazing sales person and Mike was friendly and efficient handling all the closing paperwork. If you are in the market for a Jaguar or Land Rover, do not buy until you visit JLR Akron.
