I had a fantastic experience at the Jaguar Dealer in Chesterfield. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to service my husband's Jaguar. His car was always washed by hand to avoid any scratches from brushed, and the team remembered his wish and every time we serviced the car, they washed it by hand! I highly recommend this dealership for their exceptional customer service, accommodation with car loaners or extended warranty, everything you need is handled with maximum professionalism . The customer is treated like a Royal family . 5 stars

Amazingly attentive and painless experience!! Our Customer Advisor was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and helpful in assisting us with our search for our next lease vehicle! He did not make us feel pressured to sign a lease, but helped us with providing information we needed to make our decision. He also worked with the team at Jaguar Chesterfield to get us the best deal, and all of the options, protection packages, etc., to make sure our lease provided the coverage, protection and options we needed. Additionally, he was extremely transparent and honest about what we would be getting, what our commitments would be, and how the process would work, etc. The owner of the dealership was also extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel like we were the most important customers he had ever had; which I expect is how he makes all of his dealership's customers feel! It was a pleasure doing business with Jaguar Chesterfield, and we'll definitely be back when we're looking for our next vehicle!

Epic! Bought a car that I've wanted for years. Really fun folks. Was on a fun test drive in minutes and going at it. Joe White and Andrew Choate very easy going good hearted folk. Everybody else made it a point to be friendly too. Really wild experience.
