I had a great experience at Jaguar Land Rover Carlsbad. It was easy to make a service appointment and they took me on time and provided me with a loaner car. My service provider was very friendly and explained everything Landrover was going to check on my car. The communication about my car was amazing. Detailed video and explanations about everything they serviced and anything they found that needed to be fixed. My car was ready in a timely manner and washed and ready when I came to pick it up. Amazing service!

Marti over at the service department was great to work with. He always kept me in the loop with multiple updates and answered all my questions. Having your vehicle in the shop can be frustrating but Marti made the process go smoothly. 10/10 on his communication and professionalism.
