Scott is honest. I had my Continental in for a tail light issue. While doing the diagnostic other issues arose. Scott told me that there were no safety or operational issues and we could defer them to a later date. He could have easily told me those needed addressed. I would have done the work. Instead, he fixed what needed done and said we’ll keep an eye on the others. It’s not easy finding an honest service department at a dealership. Scott is one of them.

Anytime I have to come in for my maintenance I get prior notification from the Service Manager, Scott and he is always polite, keeps me updated on what is going on with my vehicle and he calls me prior to. Scott ensures me that I am satisfied with my services . I am provided with excellent services each time I am at the dealership!! Scott is the BEST!!
