Reigna at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor was a dream to work with. As my lease end approached, she began reaching out to me to understand what I was looking for in my next Mercedes and while I wasn’t sure if I was even going to buy another car, she kindly sent over thoughtful options that fit my “must haves” and my budget. I wasn’t in love with every option, but she kept searching, which truly made me feel valued.
