2026 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 4MATIC

Got my new car from Benzel and Busch. Joanne is patient, responsive, professional, and yet very personable. I put down the deposit and factory ordered the GLE in April/May when dealer started to take orders for the new model year. Since then, it was then a very, very long process from MSRP release, option changes, allocation confirmation, production schedule, and so on. Although there were few hiccups, Joanne was always there for me (email, text, and call) to answer my questions, modify my build, and provide me with updates on the car. I finally collected my new car last week. Couldn't be happier when saw it in person. This is my first purchase from Joanne and B&B since I moved here, surely I can see myself come back again. Mercedes Benz one of the best cars in the world, And I don't have to say a lot about that German beauty, Just wanna say the customer service there was Awesome, Me and my wife we didn't wait long to meet with a sales person to show us the desired car, Great place to get your Mercedes if you are one of its fans, Free Parking lots Availabe, Highly recommended.The photo of the car will be posted when I receive it. I very much enjoyed the excellent service by Laura and Lou especially. Lou particularly gave me detailed information which helped me to make the best choices and right decision.
