My experience with Susie, Brody, John, and Louie was astounding! Susie and Brody are who I worked closely with, and they are the most genuine and kindhearted individuals. It was indeed a blessing to have worked with them throughout my process. FedEx lost my package, and they worked tirelessly through the night to help me locate it. After the second day of unsuccessful attempts with FedEx, Susie encouraged me and remained positive. All while she and Brody worked with me to locate the documents. Although my purchase was pre-owned this time around, I am very happy with my decision! I would travel across states if I get to work with this team again when I am in the market for a new vehicle!
