Had as good of a car buying experience as possible with Danny Perez. He was level with us and answered all our questions without bias. Never felt uncomfortably pressured. The sales manager Ian was also professional and willing to work a deal. Finance office didn't press us too hard to upsell us. Overall great experience and glad to help my mom get into her first Benz!

Turns out the vehicle I wanted was no longer available when I got there. However, Saad was so kind about it and remedied the situation. The manager then came by and spoke with me as well; everyone genuinely seemed to care about my experience there and listened to what I wanted, even though it ended up that they were unable to fulfill my wish this time around. Customer service was excellent and grounded, I hope to buy a car from them in the future.
