Had as good of a car buying experience as possible with Danny Perez. He was level with us and answered all our questions without bias. Never felt uncomfortably pressured. The sales manager Ian was also professional and willing to work a deal. Finance office didn't press us too hard to upsell us. Overall great experience and glad to help my mom get into her first Benz!

Turns out the vehicle I wanted was no longer available when I got there. However, Saad was so kind about it and remedied the situation. The manager then came by and spoke with me as well; everyone genuinely seemed to care about my experience there and listened to what I wanted, even though it ended up that they were unable to fulfill my wish this time around. Customer service was excellent and grounded, I hope to buy a car from them in the future.

I do not leave reviews often, however my experience is well deserved of a review. W.I Simpson was hands down the best experience I have had at any car dealership. I have been on the market for this specific vehicle for quite some time now, and the other dealerships I went to did not come to close to this one. Upon my arrival, one of the sales representatives Marcus Jerry was quick to greet me outside and show me the vehicle I was interested in. He answered all of my questions, and was very thorough about the features and details of this vehicle. He also  ensured that this was the right vehicle for me, and would meet all of my expectations. At no point in our meeting did I feel any pressure or pushiness of the sale of this vehicle. This was the first vehicle I have purchased, and Marcus made sure that I was well informed and clear about the details of purchasing a vehicle. Happy to say I ended up purchasing this vehicle, and I am overjoyed with my new Mercedes! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, definitely go check them out. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I had a great experience at this dealership.  Alyssa was professional, efficient and really nice to deal with and made the whole experience easy.  She accommodated my family commitments, I brought my daughter in to test drive, and I was able to come and go without any pressure. She was really fantastic.  Buying a car can be so stressful but everyone here was so friendly it made all the difference. I thoroughly recommend!  Emile and Cliff were also very helpful - and funny!  A sense of humour goes a long way in my book.
