2026 Audi Q5

I am from the Albany, NY area and found the treatment and professionalism of the local Audi dealership very poor. I walked out after 2 plus hours into a new car discussion. Connected with Audi West Springfield (bought a previous Audi from them around 2016 when I lived in area) and had a wonderful professional sales experience. Vinnie was so easy to deal with and the support from Tim and Mike was fantastic. The trade in and purchase on a new vehicle took about 20 minutes and was relaxed and hassle free. What you would expect from a luxury brand like Audi. The customer first experience and culture that I had previously experienced in 2016 was still in place.
