Alexander Ortiz was my service advisor, this was my first time coming into a service department for my own vehicle. Alexander has very good communication skills and as well his general demeanor. He made the whole experience very pleasant. He got me set up with a loaner and the valet service. I also like to say Charles in the valet service was so friendly and very helpful when picking up my vehicle and delivering it to me. Melanie the receptionist was also so helpful getting me in contact with Alex and helping me schedule my appointment and loaner. The staff there at Audi North Park was very friendly and while I hope I don’t need to come back with vehicle issues, I feel confident in Alexander that he will do his best to take care of me. Phenomenal experience! I purchased an Audi Q7 Prestige S-Line in February 2024 and am very happy with it. Special thanks to Daniel Judd in sales who was always on call and Daniel Jiminez in finance who helped me with my loan. This is my 6th car purchase but this is the first time I have been more than satisfied.
