Alexander Ortiz was my service advisor, this was my first time coming into a service department for my own vehicle. Alexander has very good communication skills and as well his general demeanor. He made the whole experience very pleasant. He got me set up with a loaner and the valet service. I also like to say Charles in the valet service was so friendly and very helpful when picking up my vehicle and delivering it to me. Melanie the receptionist was also so helpful getting me in contact with Alex and helping me schedule my appointment and loaner. The staff there at Audi North Park was very friendly and while I hope I don’t need to come back with vehicle issues, I feel confident in Alexander that he will do his best to take care of me. Phenomenal experience! I purchased an Audi Q7 Prestige S-Line in February 2024 and am very happy with it. Great experience from sales with Billy to finance with Sarah. NOT your typical experience. They were not pushy at all. Very friendly and honest. Made the buying experience super easy. I came from Austin to this dealer just because the interaction I had with Billy through the phone even before I stepped foot in the store. After a few phones call in a matter of 2 hours, Billy made the deal work. Once I arrived Sarah made the paperwork super easy with no pressure and complete transparency. Definitely worth the 2  hour drive. They also have a great inventory of cars. Will come back again for sure.
