I just leased a 2024 Audi. Alicia was thorough and transparent throughout the entire process. She looked for promotions and ways I could save money (I got a discount for simply having a Cistco card). She made sure I was aware of any fees associated with the purchase, she made sure I was knowledgeable about operating my vehicle before allowing me to drive off the lot, and she even fed us while we waited! She is by far the best car salesperson I ever encountered. I probably will stick with Audi just because of her service. Good customer service goes a long way these days.
