TOP NOTCH AUDI SERVICE CENTER! As the owner of a 2015 Audi Q5 for the past 9 years, I've been pretty impressed with its reliability...but crazy snafus do occur from time to time. On this occasion I was about mid-way between Fort Worth & Lubbock, heading west to Tucson. I limped into Audi Lubbock--around 4:00 pm--with a "coolant" warning light on the dash and was pretty concerned the issue was serious as I never noticed a leak or anything unusual. Marc and Brandon understood my situation and got the vehicle into the shop immediately. Fortunately, only a software update was required to resolve the issue and they got me back on the road to Arizona in less than an hour! They even washed the car for me! Job well done guys!
