My experience shopping for a car here was amazing!!! Frank is absolutely amazing, and you should buy a car from him. He’s a straightforward, no hassle guy, who has excellent communication skills and will be there when you need him. Even after I bought the car from him, he responded to my texts/questions so fast!! His amazing customer service didn’t disappear after buying the car. He’s honestly the best salesman I’ve worked with, and I’ve had some bad experiences with salesman at dealerships. When I saw that the dealership tacked on 1500$ of extra add ons that were already on the car and not included in the sales price online, I promptly told them I would not pay it. They removed it immediately. I got a GREAT deal on my Audi, and the buying process was super easy. They even threw in a few extras for me at my request, and it honestly made my buying process so fun and exciting, and I felt very special. 10/10 amazing. I bought a warranty on the car that is 48k miles or 4 years for 4k. This isn’t bad considering it’s 1k a year. I will keep this updated on how it goes in the future if I ever use it! If I ever buy another Audi, I will be going here and using frank as my salesman.
