He is always there willing to answer any questions and concerns with outstanding customer skills and support. I was just there this morning and had the most delicious breakfast sandwich. I told one of my friends about my visit a few weeks ago to Bob Smith Mini and she said you got the princess treatment. I have to say that I’ve never had a better experience dealing with a car dealer than I just had with Chris at Mini. He helped me with a difficult situation and did it with such professionalism and true caring and concern.
