2026 Polestar 4 LRDM

We had an amazing experience working with Cassandra Mack at Polestar Austin! She helped us transition from our Tesla to a Polestar 3, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. I've had my Polestar 3 for ~2 weeks now and have been beyond pleased with entire experience at Polestar Austin. I called them the morning I planned to stop by, scheduled a test drive (likely not needed but helpful nonetheless) and my Polestar contact, Cassandra, has been an absolute joy to work with since we met to look at the P3 (AKA Polestar 3) before the test-drive. Cassandra was the perfect amount of communicative (unlike many other more traditional dealership reps that often try to pressure the customer / give long sales pitches, etc.), I received a great offer on my trade-in, quickly had financial info to review, made the decision over night to go with Polestar, and the next morning I called Cassandra to give her the green light. She immediately started to get my car detailed, ready for pickup and reminded me of what she needed before signing paperwork. It haphazardly happened to be my birthday and she even went to a bakery before my arrival to get me a b-day dessert. Polestar Management was super friendly and helped make the car buying experience even more streamlined + efficient, while also taking ample time to answer any last minute questions. If you're thinking of switching to Polestar, I cannot give the car-buying experience enough praise except 5/5 stars, 10/10 customer service, and not to mention Polestar is leading the industry in many regards. Polestar's sustainability efforts are #1 in the world to my knowledge, and I may be a little bias, but I think the P2, P3, and upcoming P4 + P5 are all phenomenal looking cars (not to mention my P3 performs better than my German coupe I had prior - despite being a full SUV). Cassandra did an awesome job explaining all of the options clearly and the lease deals were too good to pass up. I really appreciate the way Polestar Austin presents your car to you and takes the time to go through all the features of the car before you leave. This really felt like VIP service!
